Succulent tasting unagi that breaks apart with a gentle clip of the chopsticks. Sauce was adequately seasoned, main dish was accompanied with a side of refreshing tea. Visited on a weekday afternoon when office workers are queuing for their lunch, as we have a group of 6, the host has kindly invited us up to the second floor to dine.

Good unagi at really affordable price. The unagi is soft, not as flavourful as others. If you prefer a charred (grilled) outer layer, then this may not be for you.

I can't say I am a big fan of unagi but my wife is so we visited this cute little restaurant to give it a try. It was delicious! The lady owner was super friendly to us at all times and while she can't speak English she has this gadget that allowed us to translate in almost real time. A great experience.

Charcoal grilled fresh eel on rice. Very tasty and reasonable prices (980-3,000 yen). We had 980 yen eel on rice set and we were satisfied with the amount. You can ask for refilled soup and pickles. The 3,000 yen set comes with eel liver soup and many pieces of eel!! Only seats on counter. Long queue but the queue runs fast. A little rushing and narrow space but the staffs are friendly.
